BloomsEye support
Email support@bloomseye.com and a real person will get back to you. Telling us your device and browser, and what you tapped just before the problem, helps us fix it faster.
Accounts and your gardens
Do I need an account? No. You can design a garden, browse the whole plant library, and use the 3D view without one. An account is what saves your gardens to the cloud and keeps them in sync between the website and your phone.
My confirmation email did not arrive. Check your spam folder first, as a new sender often lands there. If it is not there after a few minutes, email us and we will confirm the account by hand.
My gardens are not showing on my phone. Gardens sync through your account, so make sure you are signed in with the same email on both devices, then reload the page.
I want to delete my account. Sign in to the Studio, open your Profile, and under Delete account choose Delete, then type DELETE to confirm. It removes your account and everything saved to it right away, and it cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Premium
What does Premium add? The fully identified Bloom Calendar, the complete plant companions list, and unlimited plants in a garden. Everything else stays free.
I paid but Premium is not showing. Premium is tied to your BloomsEye account, so first make sure you are signed in with the email you used at checkout; it follows you to any device you sign in on. Right after paying it can take a few seconds to appear: reload the page, or open the Premium page in the Studio. If it still does not show, email us with the email you paid with and we will sort it out. If you bought Premium through an app store instead, restore purchases in that app, or email us with the Apple ID email you bought it with.
How do I cancel? Sign in to the Studio, open your plan card on your Profile page, and choose Manage subscription. That takes you to the Premium page, where Manage subscription opens your billing portal; choose Cancel subscription there. Or email support@bloomseye.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. If you bought Premium through an app store instead, that store manages the subscription: on an iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Permissions
Location. Only used if you tap "Use my location", when you set where a garden is or ask which plants are native to your area, and only to work out the hardiness zone and the place. You can type a ZIP code or pick your zone by hand instead. A location you set on a garden is saved with that garden, so it can show its zone, its weather outlook and the plants native to your state, and it is stripped from any garden you share. It is never used to track you.
Camera. Only used when you choose Take a photo in the Photo tab, through your device's own camera. Photos you work on there stay in your browser and are not uploaded to us. The one feature that does send a photo anywhere is importing a garden from a photo of a plan, which sends that photo to our AI provider to read the drawing, as the privacy policy explains.
The plant data
The library holds 2,576 plants with bloom months, mature sizes, sun and water needs, and USDA hardiness zones. We are checking it in the open against published botanical authorities, and you can see exactly how far that has got, plant by plant, on the verified plants page. The plant cards are illustrations we generated with AI and label as illustrations; where we have real photographs they appear on the plant's own page with their credits.
Anything else
Our privacy policy explains exactly what we store and who we share it with, and the terms of use cover the rest. For anything not answered here, support@bloomseye.com is the fastest route.
